RETURNS

All orders are final, but we do accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or missing upon delivery.


RETURN PROCESS


To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase ( Order Invoice). When a return is authorized. Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn’t a result of any  error, the parcel will be delivered back to your ordered address and no refund will be initiated.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
